What We Fabricate
Bring us the connection and we build the whole assembly, not just the parts. Everything is fabricated, tested, and labeled in-house.
- CNC stainless tube bending, up to 1.5" outside diameter with a 3" minimum centerline radius, for fewer joints and fewer leak points
- Custom hose assemblies in metal hose and EPDM coolant hose, cut, fitted, and crimped to length
- Machined special end fittings and adapters from our in-house machine shop
- Flanged, grooved, NPT, Tri-Clamp, ORB, BSPP, and quick-disconnect ends to match your system
Tested and Traceable
- We build, test, and label the complete assembly, not just supply the parts
- Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing available with documentation
- Clean handling and capping, critical for technology cooling system (TCS) filtration since particulate can block cold plates
- Serialized assemblies with full traceability, AS9100 and ISO 9001 certified
