Employee Spotlight: Larry Vincent
Larry Vincent is McGill’s new Director of Quality and Operations. When he joined our team in September, 2009, he brought with him more than 30 years of operations and quality experience.
Larry has become the driving force behind McGill’s Quality Program, operations improvement and lean manufacturing. He believes in working as a team with all employees, challenging them to come up with new and exciting ideas that will improve their work environment, as well as streamline workflow.
Prior to coming to McGill, Larry was the President and Owner of Mastex, Inc. in Holyoke, Massachusetts. He was also previously Vice President of Forstmann and Co., located in Louisville, Georgia, where he was responsible for all manufacturing operations at several sites.
Larry and his wife, Carol, have been married for 29 years and have three grown children. His hobbies include racquetball and golfing.
