Position: Front Counter Sales Representative
Term of employment: Full-Time
Overall responsibility: Assist customers in the company store.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Enter walk-in customer orders.
- Pick material to fill customer orders.
- Collect payment for front counter orders.
- Keep the store orderly and stocked.
- Build hydraulic and industrial assemblies as needed.
- Build customer relationships and promote new business by providing a positive customer experience.
- Assist with other warehouse responsibilities, including shipping.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- 2+ years Front Counter Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
- The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced high pressure customer service environment and will be able to efficiently reorganize priorities as needed throughout the work day.
